For a hammerdin smiter hybrid build (max concentration 1 point into fanaticism), its better to use concentration or fanaticism to do ubers?
I have grief pb and highlords and if i use concentration i have a g face with ias jewel to reach the smite breakpoint.

Concentration is so you don't get interrupted during your attacks, this skill is more useful for a Zealot Build. So I would suggest Fanaticism, however, you don't need to Max it out.
First off... get yourself a Life Tap wand on Switch ... you cast this first.
If you don't have Enigma armor or anything that can Teleport you, use 1 base point Charge to move around quickly (avoid other monsters of course)
I believe from the past (D2LoD) you only need LoH Glove and Highlords for the IAS BP ... however I would suggest to get more advice about this and do some research ... I am assuming your Grief Phaseblade has max IAS on it... or if I remember correctly minimum is like 36%.
Note: For a hybrid Hammerdin / Smite Build you will have Grief on switch... so you can not use Life Tap, so then you may have to use the Glove that gives you Life Tap on striking or Last Wish... ouch. So you lost 20% IAS etc losing LoH ... so then it is your helm... Andarials Visage ... Socket it how you like, Ral for removing the =30% Fire Res or UM rune for All res or whatever.
