In self defense or like legit killed someone w premeditated intent?
sure is lol, dont get me started. for example where im from, if someone breaks in to your home, you cant do nothing, cant hurt the burglar unless he hurts you first & you can only hurt him back during the attack. if he attacks you and runs away, you cant chase or you'll get in trouble.
It's like that in certain places in the US, too. Only come states like Texas are you allowed to open fire during a break-in. But yeah, if they have their back to you they are "no longer a threat" even if they have already hurt or stolen shit. It's crazy.
