If someone is exploiting a game bug and we have people that we know of that have been banned for taking part in this exploit. Is the only action we are to take on here, to report the post? In the meantime, people are spending their hard earned FG on this known exploiter, and purchaser of duped materials {selling thousands of runes, boss materials etc} and exposing people to an exploit that can get their accounts banned.

I'm not the internet police, and I'm certainly not trying to be. However, I believe in trying to save some of the integrity that I believe this forum/page has fostered throughout the years. I know that people that buy items with RMT, or they themselves dupe them ruin the economy as it is. It would take a substantial effort to try to keep dupers/RMT folks from selling raw materials on here. However, I don't know of anyone that has been banned for trading FG for duped materials or materials purchased through FG vs RMT gained materials. However, I personally know of two people that have been banned due to taking part in this exploit.

Perfectly fine to say "STFU Karen" and let the dice roll for people and their own accounts.

if you feel a trade is illegal you can report it or pm a trade mod directly.
you can also post an S/A if you purchase an item that poof.

Sent a message to two of them. Hopefully people don't get banned as a result. Bad enough people are making money off of this.

sending report to mods was correct move, but until there is any verification that purchasers/traders vs fg are impacted, nothing can be done.
exploiters risk their accounts, if they get hit, serves them right kind of thing

Problem here is that the people buying it, don't know it's an exploit. They tp in, pick it up and assume someone just found a great secret.

fairly certain d4 needs all the players it can get, so they won't ban those on the receiving end
also RMT is RMT - regardless if it's FG or $, it's literally the same thing - so they could ban for it and just say RMT and whoever bought has their pants down anyways

right, but they were exploiting, not buying/receiving the exploited items

They didn't know they were. The person just tells them to tp to them to pick up the obducite. Not knowing what happened, or what was exploited prior to them getting there. They assume its just a windfall.
