Question: Can sunder charms drop in offline single player d2r?

All my online research says ‘yes’, but I recently created a offline sorceress for fun and I’ve leveled her to level 92 and done a decent number of terror zones and zero sunders have dropped… bad luck rng or can they not drop? lol

Just increase the number of local players to eight and you'll find...

I’ve been running mostly 5 players but I’ll bump up to 7 and 8 in certain areas, but just wanted to make sure they were possible to drop on single player offline NLSC because I was thinking at least one should’ve dropped by now haha

be sure you play d2r in hell difficult
- they can only be dropped by unique monsters

Yeah I was in Hell.

Finally got one to drop about 2hrs ago while running Black Marsh; my element too! About 3 min later, Ber dropped as I resumed LK runs… RNG man.
