Nope... it dropped off of a Normal Monster, 0 Magic Luck and near perfect... Sexy as fuck.
Oh... don't take my notes as being against your comment ... to me (Rex) it is a Failed drop item for Softcore and the player base and all the benefits / rewards of all dropped items... it is leather = crap, it is not scale, it only has Enhanced Effect for a level 20 Leather armor that doesn't even need to be used, so crap, it is better at level 20 to use a +Stat (str / dex or even int) armor ... so this armor is a FAILED drop... it is useless to old players, and only superficial for beginners that don't know the game mechanics.
On top... only usable for a Tank role in a GROUP climb... it is basically junk... NOW, this is a Rex comment.
EDIT: just check out the Failed drop threads posted items from SC players... Not trying to cause waves... just my 2 cents worth.
