No that kinda thing just gets you an instant 10%, possibly with extra restrictions.
The only way I know of to get banned is by having confirmed multi accounts that are used for scamming or if you are caught with a multi after having an account with 100%, as you are not allowed back on the site at all.

ive seen people locked for fuck all in the past, even saying something as a joke can get you perma banned
one time they locked my FG just because i used a new credit card and they forced me to send photo ID to unlock the fg i had just paid for
and they refused to give me a refund because technically its a "non taxable donation"
another time a user named Deval1 accused me of hacking his D2 account and i almost got banned for that too
you shouldn't have to defend your innocence like that and i kinda made a fool of Eerock for doing a pathetic job
