My main issue is the lack of any research that has human as the actual subject.

People take Ozempic and Wegovy every day and I doubt that stuff is good for anyone.

Have you looked at the benefits of GLP-1?
Pretty impressive compared to the norm side effects of occasional nausea and constipation.
Maybe even take a look at it for your substance abuse you're going through.

Examples of GLP-1 Drugs:

Semaglutide: Marketed as Ozempic for diabetes and Wegovy for obesity.
Liraglutide: Available as Victoza for diabetes and Saxenda for weight loss.
Dulaglutide: Marketed as Trulicity.
Exenatide: Marketed as Bydureon BCise.
Tirzepatide: A dual agonist that targets both GLP-1 and GIP receptors, marketed as Mounjaro and Zepbound.

Yeah I'm not going to take any of that.

What's bad about what you posted?
Those are just the market brands of GLP-1 agonists.
Just may be the ticket to stop your habitual drug use.
Cheaper than therapy/drug treatment I'm sure, especially compounded Semaglutide.

I'm just going to try to eat single ingredient foods: examples: steak, chicken, kiwi's, etc

and try to go to the gym 3-5 times per week and try to sleep 8 hours a night

Studies have been done on all of these GLP-1 medications.
Benefits outweigh the very few negatives.
Just educating you since you had doubt.

They've been around for a long time, were just too expensive when approved by the FDA in 2005.
Later after use it was linked to weightloss and it took off then later all the other benefits of it.

GLP-1 is natural in your body, it's the horomone that says send your brain the "I'm full" alert.
Fiber is a good source of stimulating GLP-1 production, along with protein and fats.

Been hitting the books with my fiance in her nutrition class lmao.
Topic came into play very recently.
