the game is shit, there;s nothing to do but the same repetitive crap we've been doing since launch. seasonal mechanics like boss powers now adds like 1% interest into the game, its just not enuf cuz the content is still boring af
still no diablo in the game 2yrs in! go figure.
just the entire game from head to toe doesnt spell or feel like a diablo game for me. nothing like d2, 0 d-vibe: the music, the world map, the generic monsters which can all be found everywhere in any region all the same

Pretty sure what they crave for is the item diversity. Diablo has always been repetitive gameplay in a way. But noone wants to farm belial for 23400 times to find a 4 ga rainment,tal ring or whatever it is. The usable item pools are so small and restricted by smart loot and class restrictions that make the game feels ass. Playing d4 for 2-3 weeks at normal pace or 1-2 at blasting pace is fun and all but it gets boring real fast. Even now i log in just to do repeating 2 mins 100 pit speedrun. The rest of the mentioned above activites are simply unproductive if i can run pits for 2 minutes. It feels restricted in a way.
