When I do very heavy shoulder days at the gym I sometimes accidentally mess up my left shoulder due to the fact that I have dislocated my left shoulder 20-30 times in my life

Going to the gym and doing shoulder work outs seems to be the issue here

At least I don't go into other peoples topics and shit post all over those threads

if the aforementioned violator had anything meaningful to contribute to and thread in General Chat I think I would literally stroke out on the spot when I saw that, and instantly die.
