My grandpa has made an account here as I told him that we cannot share the same account.

Email from d2jsp registration and validation was received and submitted, that was on 7th May.

The weird thing is, until now he is still unable to make a first post.

Any advise is much appreciated!

You gotta sit on the rules page for a certain amount of time before you can post.

That's not it, this is already the the 6th day and my grandpa still can't post.

Roughly how long would you say he's been on that page?

Also it could have to do with the fact that you are using your account on the same IP, might take longer to verify things on their end. But generally from what I've seen, you have to be on the page for some period of time.

I took a look at his screen and it seems he is on the D2JSP Site Rules page for a long time and I don't think he ever shuts down his PC

Everyone's devices in this household are managed by the same router of course
