Does this even exist in the game yet?

None listed at trade site.

I ran 200+ of the Twightlight Reliquary and none dropped.

Just did another 100 and still nothing. Maybe it's bugged. Even the HH dropped, but not the Tangletongue.

Not sure, but I've been continued doing 50 runs per day and still nothing.
