kinda, about 75% of the world's open defecation takes place in India. and about 90% of the open defecation in India takes place in rural India, mostly in agricultural fields. i doubt farmers will be doing the fighting that's coming up.

The Indian and Pakistani military forces are relatively inexperienced. Especially compared to the Russians and Ukrainians by now. Inexperience leads to messy learning curves. Human error that might belie the quality of the equipment they're using.
