and saw it had been closed because:
"Early Bump: Violation of the 4 hour bump rule."

but I did no such thing. Sure I replied to people within the thread but that is allowed as far as I know. I never bumped it early. So did it get closed by mistake? Can it be unclosed?

It was closed for that exact reason, Early Bumping. Every reply within 4 hours is considered Bumping.

Can’t reply to people in your own thread within 4 hrs

Never understood why is the 4 hour rule applied for ISO topics, give them 30 min bump timer. Everyone wants to sell the items and more ISO topics is better for everyone.

Regarding to this discussion, is it allowed to bump other people topic?

You can make legitimate offers in other user's threads, but you can't just put spam in their topic to bump it.

so your saying we cant reply to sellers inside out threads ?? thats kind of silly we have an inbox that can only hold 50 msg but we cant communicate through our threads ?? why is there a quote button for us then if we must wait 4 hours to respond to them ??

You can reply to users, you just have to wait for the 4 hours and you can reply to them at that point.

If a user posts “bin” in your topic, at that point you can PM them (rather posting PM’d) and arrange for the trade. After the trade is completed and it’s time for you to bump your topic, you can at that time quote them and say “t4t” to confirm the trade took place.
