Is the UK trade deal framework the big announcement.

This is the problem, i legitimately have no idea if there's something else coming or... I was under the assumption trade deals were underway so I didn't think this would be it. I posted this I don't know how many weeks ago now but the UK has been trying to make this deal with the USA for what 10 years? This cant be the announcement.
