Btw IzParagonzi, maybe you've also watched those : Youjo Senki (an Anime about a guy living in modern society being killed in a Train jamming and then being reincarnated in an era of War into the body of a Girl.) and Inuyashiki (an Anime about a normal human being, even being weak, who becomes an ultimate weapon right in the first episode due to some mistake made by an otherworldy Army..) Both of the Anime recommended here are from the year 2017, so not so old. I hope you'll give them a Go whether or not you'll have Time for this later. B)

Watched Inuyasha, as for the Train Wreck, seen an anime about a Train Wreck and he survived as himself in Japan because he did not know he had powers, so I don't think it is the one you described... oh btw, the one I was talking about, USA and Japan hunted him down and others of his Ilk at the end... he died... no sequels.
As for this guy, reincarnated into another world as a woman with OP skills since day dot seems... typical... but hey, maybe it would be a good watch, however, I ain't seen it, most likely because it is not dubbed maybe? You have a name for the Anime???
