Any recommendations for preparation as far as using/saving energy or vitamins I should be open to


Im thinking just sitting down by the river doing next to nothing

you should get bloodwork done first and talk to doctor before fasting. esp if you have any health conditions

Preparation is key. Trying many days at once will be impossible. That being said, I never did more than 2 days of fasting so I have no idea what I'm talking about.

Extend to 2 days.

This ^ is a better idea.
Heck even just intermittent fasting 16-20 hours a day would likely produce better results mentally and physically.

you should get bloodwork done first and talk to doctor before fasting. esp if you have any health conditions

good thinking, bloodwork is a great way to get information about ones health.
(if one has insurance and or the ability to pay for it)
