start with a 3-4 day fast, jumping into long fasts can cause health decline.
Try fasting for 1 day a week for a month.
Extend to 2 days.
Preparation is key. Trying many days at once will be impossible. That being said, I never did more than 2 days of fasting so I have no idea what I'm talking about.
This ^ is a better idea.
Heck even just intermittent fasting 16-20 hours a day would likely produce better results mentally and physically.
you should get bloodwork done first and talk to doctor before fasting. esp if you have any health conditions
good thinking, bloodwork is a great way to get information about ones health.
