its not our thread..............

why dont you give me a source were mRNA isnt genetics

A thread is not just page 1-53, it is a string of posts and comments regarding one subject.
#529 That is a fine way of saying "doing your own research" is equal to asking your neighbour via facebook.

Anyway, your source where mRNA does not reach the definition of DNA, it is the textbook used in biomedical sciences at the University of Leuven, Belgium, and presumably some others, during the first year of any biomedical major.
Becker's World of the Cell, Global Edition Paperback – International Edition, 3 July 2017

In any case, you have clarified what you meant if I am OK with foreign genetics being brought into our cells now, and so I can answer your question. If I interpret it correctly, you have a problem with mRNA being brought into our cells, because you consider mRNA to be foreign genetic material.
The short answer is simple. Genetics generally refers to DNA (the genome), which is the heritable material. mRNA does not reach this definition.

It is of important note that mRNA requires transporters to get inside of our cell nucleus, which nearly all cell lines in our body have (RBC's dump their nucleus and genetic material to carry a higher load of Hb, at the expense of being short-lived). Without such transporters, or rather, a "flag" (NLS or nucleus localisation signal) on the mRNA that tells the pre-existing transporters to let the molecule cross the border, there is 0% chance for it to reach our DNA unless in laboratory circumstances (electroporation). Even if it were able to enter the nucleus, it requires a reverse transcriptase to enter our genetics. This requires a "flag" that allows transcriptase to read it as something that needs to be integrated. An engineered mRNA obviously does not have this unless intended. It would also require further modification to be able to integrate into the DNA chain. I am not a 100% on this, but I don't think we have reached that level of engineering yet.

no one ever said it did............
RNA comes from DNA, correct?
i suppose the way your trying to weasel word it? a slice of apple isnt really a apple?

Can you skip crying about covid scandal bullshit and have a sane conversation about the subject we were actually discussing? It's like you're a child I need to refer back to the task at hand 6 times per minute. Again, I am not asking for much. You go on and on and on about how well-versed you are in discussions and arguments. I am not asking for much.

RNA comes from DNA (exceptions are viral RNA genomes and laboratory-produced RNA's such as mRNA vaccins). That still does not make RNA heritable. You asked whether or not I am OK with foreign genetic material being brought into our cells. This, and this alone, is the source for our conversation. I am not entertaining the rest, so stop trying to divert every single fucking reply you ever give.
In any case. You argue that my definition of genetics is wrong. I would then argue for you to provide a different definition of what "genetics" are, with a source of course, because we have already established that the problem with mRNA vaccins that you've got stems from your classifying it as foreign genetic material. Your "your slice of apple is still an apple" is a fun little analogy. But let's say you had a farm. You have problems with foreign cows being brought into your farm. It's a better comparison to then ask if you would have a problem with a rare T-bone steak from a foreign Angus cow on your plate after your day's work. That is to say, I am arguing that a T-bone steak is no longer an animal, let alone able to produce offspring passing on the traits of said T-bone steak.

your being defeated 6 times per minute so i move on to the thread topic.
"RNA comes from DNA" thanks glad thats settled
"foreign cows" are still cows, thanks
"T-bone steak is no longer an animal" its a dead animal with all the genetics to prove what kind it was
"passing on the traits of said T-bone steak" lab grown meat

this kind of chit happened all the time. California Medical Association officials didnt wear their face diaper. they probably laughed at ev1 that did.

My least favorite moment was Trump not endorsing the vaccine that his own government helped create/distribute. Had he done so, he probably would've saved thousands of American lives. Perhaps tens of thousands.

Most of those idiots who died unnecessarily supported him... you could argue they died of Trump Derangement Syndrome.

No, you come up with bogus comments and then proclaim yourself victor out of the blue.
This is what Trump does. Clearly I am effectively talking to a child who considers himself a virtue in discussions.
Fitting for your mental age, you like to discuss using pictograms and pictures. I will leave you one here that I think addresses you well. I genuinely think you are the kind of people the world can do without. I must warn you that the man is affiliated with lefty papers and Universities, more specifically Harvard.

Now say something lengthy and boring so you got the last word. I have mentioned several times if you could not stay on-topic for something you yourself started, I would be stepping out.

/e replaced "arguments" with "comments", since you haven't really made any argument so far.

he sounds like a man much impressed with himself. he gathered plenty of insult to throw out there but no actual substance. his comment would make a good case study for the logical fallacy thread.

To be fair, I dont wanna act like I am knowledgable on the topic. I dont really care about the topic, so I honestly cant contribute much to the discussion.

But what I wanna say here: Posting videos in which a dude says "its a hoax" make no sense, because theres also videos in which another dude says "Its not a hoax". So thats worthless.

Valueable Discussions should never contain videos about someone elses opinion on the topic. I always find it necessary to have an "opponent" who is able to make his points without other peoples opinions.

The $$ in healthcare. My travel nurse / radiology / respiratory therapist friends were making 40k a month (big chunk tax free) for 1-2 years straight
