My buddy sinwizard has been locked out of his account with 5k fg for 15+ years! I wanna do my best to see if there's anyway we can prove he is the sinwizard in the profile. He's got proof if that's needed. Not sure what we can do. But I'd like to play Diablo 2 R with him and he wants to ball out with JSP. I'm not sure how he got locked out but something happened and they did some password reset and I'm not sure if he's got the associated email anymore.

He let his actual email expire from inactivity with Yahoo. So now the email associated to the JSP account doesn't exist anymore and the Yahoo Mail service gives him the option to create a new account. We gonna try that recovery thing tho

Creat the same yahoo account if possible. Some people have had success that way

The only way to recover an account is via the recovery tool, this is not an automatic system. Each is manually checked by admin.
