The Fastest Class to level up is currently the Mosaic Assassin

As Best Way to level up to 99 is to run Terror Zones from 94-99 (8Man Games)

Terror Zones are by far the best (as long as its 8man for max exp).

The only issue with Terror Zones is you want to run it by yourself (or 2 people) depending on your dps.

You also do Baal Runs until you hit 95 (in case you cant farm TZ by yourself) but after 95 its basically Pure TZs

Just farm tz solo, high player count or not. Still better xp than chaos baals unterrorized

I went Javazon, grinded TZ solo unless it was chaos sanctuary or Baal runs.
