I think quite a lot of Ukrainians are proficient in communicating with the English Language.
If Ukraine is unlucky they might not have a country after Victory day in Russia if they decides to bomb Moscow while Xi and Putin is attending.

Both countries will just proceed to nuke Ukraine out of oblivion and Trump will lose the mineral deal.
It is highly likely there are fractions in the Ukrainian army who is going to do that and when nukes fly US and NATO might get involved so successfully pulling in the West for a Hot War.
