Not sure if this is the right place. But how to I turn on notifications?
I have the push ones on, but I thought that it would make a noise or sound when I got a notification. I have everything enabled.

It is supposed to make a noise along with a popup. Check your sound mixer volumes. Or your windows notification settings.
