There is so many different things going on at once that are going to have a huge effect on the economy, huge job losses, tariffs creating uncertainty in global markets, a huge amount of illegals deported all at once with no readily available work force to replace them.
I do not support any us politicians by the way, bernie or aoc are about the only two i have any respect for.
The right see everything as us vs them, with us or against us, you can dislike both sides quite easily when they are capitalist shills.

These "huge job losses" are people not doing their job.

These "illegals being deported with no workforce to replace them" we have a large amount of people unemployed who need jobs. If any of these illegals did things appropriately they would be keeping their job.

So what's the issue? Sounds like your more worried about keeping the issue rather than fix it.

How would you propose to handle these 2 situations?

Huge job losses --> unproductive office workers who often didn't even show up and DEI hires
Huge amount of illegals --> illegals. There are literally millions of people willing to enter the US legally and obtain work permits if the Trump administration decided to facilitate that

You didn't even mention the important part that brought us here, decades of blowing the budget and raising the debt ceiling to fix it. Every economist would agree it's a bad idea. You're not an economist or "expert" you're just a regular Joe out in the outback and got lucky bitcoin came along.

In his current campaign, according to the Center for Responsive Politics, Sanders has received contributions from at least two federally registered lobbyists. They include $100 from EY lobbyist Dave Koshgarian, whose clients include Boeing Co., MetLife Inc. and New York Life Insurance; and $27 from Netflix lobbyist Josh Korn.

Did you read the article you yourself linked? Totally got Bernie with the 2 to 3 digit dollar amounts there, corrupt as one can be kek.

"Ocasio-Cortez said Sanders has "never taken corporate lobbyist money in his entire political career."

In at least a few casesduring his campaigns for Senate and president, Sanders did accept contributions in the hundreds of dollars, or thousands, from registered lobbyists who represent corporations.

We rate the statement False."

@Elite: I will run a halfmarathon this weekend, not the first either. I am also still playing a competitive teamsport in my mid thirties at a reasonably high level. So your prejudices are as usually wrong, while none of you disproved my prejudice of you being idiots yet. Anytime though.

Does the amount matter when he lied about taking any? Or is it bad when a MAGA supporter ignores a lie but not a Bernie supporter? Asking for educational purposes of course. Lying is a form of corruption period and it clearly points out he lies a lot.

I you consider this clearly true in spirit statement of AOC about Bernie as a lie, then I wager the only true statement Trump ever told in public is that he wants to fuck his own daughter.

You are so close to getting the point. I (and i would wage most people) are fine with cutting unnecessary spends to balance a budget, that's just not what Trump and Musk are doing.

@Barba you still seem extremely upset for me calling you out for your mysogony and the following conversation, go touch some grass.

Your behavior is detestable and you're getting properly corrected. Misogyny? For saying 8's and above can stay in a clearly flippant manner? Holy shit dude. Did you take a time machine from the early 2000's proto woke feminism dark ages?

Far left TDS cucks are even worse imagine linking this article without checking what it actually says, thx to https://www.cbsnews.com/amp/news/trump-promised-cuts-spent-200-billion-more/

Debt burden increasing thanks to higher interest rates, debt needs to be refinanced all the time which obviously means rising costs which is why slashing wasteful spending right now is so important -->

Quote
The federal government's habit of spending more money than it takes in means the national debt is growing. Paired with higher interest rates, the daily price tag of paying the interest on the debt is skyrocketing. The amount over the last three months is about double the amount paid out just three years earlier.

And -->

Despite the announced staff reductions, one of the biggest areas of the increasing spending in the beginning of Mr. Trump's second term remains federal salaries. Workers were given a 2% raise when then-President Biden signed an executive order two days before Christmas, a move allowed because of Congress' inaction on permanent federal budgets.
