I just traded a Azis amulet with allocates Stormcharged. When i try to put a skillpoint into Stormcharged it says requirements not met, anyone knows what the requirements are?

I'm 99% sure u have it automatically when u equip the amulet

You don't have to set any skillpoints into Stormcharged if you have an amulet that says " Allocates Stormcharged " that means there is a skillpoint already allocated into that, so you can't try and add another skillpoint into it, because it's already activated. Hope this helps.

Edit: As DaTz mentioned above,- It automatically equips Stormcharged when you equip the amulet.
