coming to the end of my psychical work life i was at the dr wanting to know what was wrong with my back. pain level so high i finally got a mri. at dr appointment we look at the mri, easy enough to see its a bulged disc and i think it was called a tipped vertebrae. "dr" say "o? people have that kind of stuff all the time and they dont even know about it". i say "what are they getting a mri for"
for the record the was kaiser.
the happy ending to my back. i got a spiritual healing.

Very much so. As an emergency provider, I can't prescribe more than a 5-7 day dosage of narcotics. (Depends on the situation, and I have to heavily document anything for 2 days or more.)
My state also uses pain contracts. So if a patient has been known to doctor shop(Go to diff doctors for more meds) I legally cannot prescribe them with more of the same. It has to come from their primary provider.
