I wouldn't trust mention anything to do with RWT on any clan ever.
All it takes is for someone to decide they want to screw you over and anonymously report you saying stuff you should never mention in the clan chat.
There are only two ways for someone to report someone else for RWT, and that is they either have to of traded them recently, or report chat.

Okay 👍 thanks ill steer away from any mentions i usually dont talk about it anyway just cuz it is so risky. I do appreciate the advice.

Any other suggestions are welcome also please suggestion to clans would be great. Im a skiller/grinder not going to be pvp or stake at all just pvm

I'm in a PVM only clan that goes by Ghosted, but the clan banner says Vexillum.
Idk how big it is, the person who recruited me said there was always a few hundred people online at a time, you always see someone else in the clan at the GE.
They are always doing PVM stuff in the clan chat, I can recruit you apparently when i equip the banner.
