+ Level Cap Increases the maximum level that items and monsters can spawn on this map by this amount. that's the only thing I can find under LS Helps and Guides.

Monsters have a set "Experience Points Value" ... e.g. 1-100, meaning 100 is cap. So the +32% to Experience Cap will make this 132.
