Correction!
Frostivil as you're talking about doesnt do phys + ice (it's double ice) and it's not ice damage, it's ice attack (as in using ice charm)



The one doing Phys + Ice attacks are ironicly also using Ice charm not ice dmg.

I was thinking about Glazier, it is an annoying critter. As for it using an Ice Charm, I wouldn't know, or could even fathom that to be true with an Ice monster (having the name Glazier - Glacier) ... it is more likely an innate ability like a Rogues innate ability to detect trap doors.

Now, thinking fundamentally with your explanation that is using an ICE charm ... how can it have Physical damage added? ... Oh wait, I said it earlier, it is like making a Snow Ball (ice or old damage) and throwing it and on IMPACT it also deals Physical damage ... Yup that is it right ... monster throwing Snowballs at us.

Drink less next time u climb and u can actually see that monsters are using charms.

I would have thought an old timer like you knew when I am baiting about "items" dropped from monsters are what they use... RNG chance that these items drop... welled items drop in comparison of the monsters items (side drops) or the influence that the white item becomes better (EE Stat) etc right?

However, you did not get the humor a monster throwing a Snow Ball causing Physical + Ice damage from the Monster Ability from Glazier ... dang, semantics right... good on ya.

Drop Quality / Quantity + RNG % chance of X% of items that have a % chance to drop when killed... all based on RNG, however a Monster Ability is consistent right... thus Glazier throwing Snow Balls.
