Its the exact same thing as viewing different orbs. You pay $ or FG for orbs a d can preview them.
You dont keep the stars, you just see how it looks and ideally, this brings more $ to the website because people may say "hey, this star looks amazing, maybe im going to work towards getting it" rather than them saying, meh $1000 star, ill never get there who even cares how they look.

Yes. Don't see a reason to say no to this one. If anything, it would be an incentive to users to upgrade their stars.

I actually like this idea, it's like trying on clothes at a store before you buy, it compels you to want to buy it if it looks good on you.

Considering how lazy jsp is with updates I can't see this being implemented but voted yes, no harm in it.

They just need to redo all the starts in general. the look and feel are so outdated.

The placement being slightly too close to ur name/orbs
Colors need to be redone (someone who understands color theory/color palette)

Also if they ever care to redo stars


Similar can be said for redoing the emojis
It's 2025 and still using emojis from xanga/ dear diary blog era

Also the 70kb/50kb SIG/ava limit could slightly bee increased
Those sizes are like browser internet text era sizes. Not saying u need 1mb but come on 70kb.

You can just press F12, it opens developer tools
use inspect element function, click on star anywhere, change value to higher in the console list to see it by your name
