Oh yeah? Did your two seconds of work for you.

https://www.iheart.com/content/2018-04-09-hamas-flies-nazi-flag-on-gaza-side-of-israeli-border/

There are THOUSANDS of examples btw. Took 1/2 a second.

It took you 1/2 a second, did you verify whether that reporting is trustworthy?

Your source also reports that Trump has a lower approval rating than Biden https://www.iheart.com/content/2025-04-24-trumps-approval-rating-hits-record-numbers/

A random youtuber with 86k subs said it, well shit it must be true then.

This lol.

It's hilarious half the comments on this thread and in that video are "my brothers uncle sisters wife ex boyfriend canceled their trip, no one I know is visiting the USA anymore."

Meanwhile.... for years we have had millions of people risking their lives and freedom just to try and get in to this country illegally.

Yeah I'm sure no one wants to come here.

You expect no pushback with the amount of silly 51 state rhetoric?

Come on now. Someone going to sling stuff like that you can't expect that no one gets upset or decides to prod back.

Their hatred and prejudice showed. It’s why Canadians and French Canadians also have a divide.

They took the words of one man then now spread rhetoric hating an entire nation. It’s the same dumb nonsense we’ve been hearing for decades as the “blame the white man” movement. Switch it to “blame the US” and bam same thing.

But it will be met with the same Ill will in return and people that were once moderate or middle of the road or even maybe pro-Canada in the states will eventually turn. It’s already happening.

Trump does have a lower approval rating than biden had at 100 days. Just not lower than he had at nearly 4 years.

We have a trade deficit with you. No amount of creative thinking leads to anything but we import more than we export and this is still true per capita.)

See this is simply not true. You are not at a trade deficit with Canada per capita. You are free to look the numbers at yourself. This is the 2023 data since the 2024 data is not out yet: USA imported 476 billion from Canada. Canada imported 440 billion from USA. A total trade deficit of 36 billion USA has. But per capita is entirely different.
476 billion divided by 340 million citizens is $1400 per capita of imported goods per US citizens. For Canada per capita is 440 billion / 40 million, $11000 per citizen. We are at a massive trade deficit per capita. This is not “creative thinking” , this is the reality and the facts.
The total dollar value is not a fair measure, it only is of the populations are the same. That’s why per capita is used in every economic sense.

Yes I agree, trade between two neighbor counties is a great thing.

I don't have an issue with trade deficits if we didn't have huge unsustainable debt.

Out debt stems from many issues and I think Trump is just trying to do what him and his people think are the most effective in terms of handling our debt which is imo a global security threat. Also trying to spur investment in American manufacturing which also has to do with military and global security.

Does Canada tax energy exports? I know the middle east does and it seems smart.

Investment in American manufacturing is going to require even more energy I would suspect so I would think with your big landmass neighbor above you having a ton of oil and hydro exports it would be a good time to get along as the US builds out domestic manufacturing if that's the goal. Pick and choose as it were who you want to take battles with rather than blanket system of tariffs that honestly made little sense, and picking battles all over. Strategically hit the biggest if that's the goal use what you have near by to your benefit.

I don't believe there's currently an export tax on Canadian crude going to the USA. It was mulled over back in February though but you would have to carefully weigh out the blowback on that.

I like how you had no response to the core of the post and instead latch onto the Trump comment

My point is that a link to a news article means nothing by itself. You can find news articles that say almost anything because of fake news on all sides. The article I linked has the headline "Trump approval hits record numbers" which is clearly misleading if you read even the first paragraph (which most people don't)

Good you take the moral high-ground then. How easily those of weak minds are taken away from their morals these days.

To become what you dislike so quickly.

Please annex Canada sooner rather than later

I congratulate my TDS countrymen for aiding the acceleration of this process.

I don't understand why you wouldn't just take a long-term job in the USA? It's not that hard if you have desirable skills and since we're under a tax treaty you're not eating double taxation.

Seems straightforward.
