You make a valid point in that correct equipment poorly used leads to nowhere, however, in the aforementioned study they looked at effectivity on population level.
It is available for free on pubmed, so you need no license to use it.

Have you bothered to look up this net worth of hers and how it came to be? It's true that it raises eyebrows and beckons the need for transparancy in her financials for ethical reasons (btw she's head of bioethical committee, maybe you should also read up a little on what she does, and more importantly, doesn't, because you seem to be confused on what to expect from her). Regardless, having money is not a 1:1 translation for working unethically in any way or having actual conflicts of interest.
