Any good resources for testing whats better?

I use a 1500 GF/350 MF sorc, and usually just play it during trav TZ.
I always easily fill 10m gold within the TZ time.

Does Barb do alot better then this?

How long from 0-10m on a Barb?
Do they farm it with TZ no problem?


(Mainly bnet p1)


Since its now possible to do more then 20 games per hour without realm down, i feel like the sorc becomes alot more viable?

Gold find characters are useless. Playing fun builds with a gheeds and chancies is all thats required.

Gambling? Boring. Selling 10m gold for 10 to 15fg? Meh.

Keep playing the sorc and have fun. Building a character for just trav is boring.

Barbs do get more gold, obviously - with find item and gf stack with merc gold stack killing.

Faster than sorc, in kill speed, no.

If you can do 1600% goldfind on a sorc, but double the killing speed, then ur ending up with more gold then a 2400% goldfind barb

Barb has hork. Sorc doesnt. Game is 20+ yeqrs old. You are not the first to try to out gf a barb. Also if u wanna Gold u can just buy resell items in legacy grafics

Can def resell "grinding" and other scaling weps for gold from vendor but my god how boring

Barb has hork, sork has inbuilt teleport/telekenesis and faster kill times.

And since u no longer have to stay within 20 games per hour, the "20 year old meta" is a bit changed imo.


The only comparison ive seen, is a guy doing 30 minutes with 2400 goldfind barb VS 500 (??) goldfind sorc.

barb kills trav in around 10 sec and loots almost twice as much gold. even if your 1600 gf sorc could clear trav in a single button press it'd be a significantly worse gold finder than a barb

Can u show me how a goldfind barb kills trav in 10 seconds?

Again, im not disputing that gold barb can clear more gold.
Im trying to find the time spent to clear 10m gold on a Barb.
So i can compare to sorc times.

Grinding affix selling was patched a week ago or so
