I have Everything Equipped and i cant throw lightning spear barrage primal strike

cant use any skillz but only regular attacks in maps or in town

I had the same issue, it turns out i was using tangletongue and had tried a spec into CI, since tangletongue uses blood magic you wont be able to use it with CI. Otherwise check your req for skill gems, but also your stat req for support gems.

yyahhh thats exactly what happen.....forgot to take out CI
