Have you tried changing your CD keys—using ones that haven't been used on either your home IP or the hotspot you tried? Then, find a new, clean hotspot to connect from.
Bans and connection issues are IP-based. If you tried to connect using a bad proxy or a public/business connection (like at a restaurant), it can get flagged and "infected." Anyone who connects afterward using the same keys might get hit too.
If you then went back home and used the same CD keys, your home IP could end up flagged as well.
These restrictions usually last 24–48 hours for the CD key and up to 2 weeks for the IP. So in that example, if you had waited 2 days before reconnecting or simply used new CD keys, you probably wouldn’t have run into those issues.

I tried my phone hot spot and that didnt work also tried new cd keys and also didnt work! Maybe it’s a 14 day ip ban or something.

You need to get a new set of CD keys—ones that haven’t been used to try logging in on a flagged or incorrect Wi-Fi network. Also, you’ll need a new IP address or a different hotspot, one that you didnt try to connect yet.
I’m sorry to say this, but it’s impossible that it wouldn't work if everything was clean. Think about it: I can log in. What’s really different between you and me? Just two things—the CD key I’m using and the IP I’m on.
You tried to log in using your hotspot with already flagged CD keys—that’s the issue.

I tried new cd keys and still doesnt work. Keep getting stuck in checking versions. My friend told me I need to wait 14 days or who knows how long for it to log in to battlenet. This is kinda ridiculous all my chars will expire if this isnt fix soon. I lose everything I will quit and never buy a blizzard game ever again.

so you realize that is an isolate issue that you got from your side... think more please.

14 days

yes. already said why its 14 days. CDKeys get flag 2days, IP 14days.

Let me clarify this one more time, as simply as I can:

When you try to log into Battle.net using a flagged CD key on a flagged or restricted IP (like an enterprise or public connection), both the key and the IP can get flagged. That’s how Blizzard’s system works—it's automated and paranoid, and for good reason.

Now here’s where you're shooting yourself in the foot without realizing:

You tried to log in using new CD keys… but did it on an already-flagged IP (like your home or your phone’s hotspot that you had already used when your keys were flagged).

That IP is now “dirty.” So anything you try on it—even clean keys—will likely fail or result in more keys getting flagged.

You’re essentially bringing new keys into a contaminated zone and wondering why they don’t work.

Saying "I tried new keys and it didn’t work" doesn’t mean the system is broken. It means you didn't isolate the variables. Clean keys on a clean IP work—period. If it’s still not working, then either the keys you think are clean aren’t, or your current IP is still flagged.

Yes, IP bans can last up to 2 weeks. Yes, it's annoying. No, Blizzard support won't help. Welcome to how Battle.net has operated since forever.

If you want to get back in:

Use new CD keys (not just unused by you—completely fresh).

Use a new IP (one that’s never seen a failed login attempt or flagged key).

Do not keep retrying logins with the same setup. Every failed attempt just makes the wait longer.

I know it's frustrating, but please try to understand how this system works instead of blaming it or giving up. The only ridiculous thing here is repeatedly doing the same thing and expecting a different result.
