As it is abused and misinterpreted, I at least support revising or better defining constitutional protections for illegals. I think you want them to be able to exploit every loophole, never show up to hearings, and be able to disappear into the country's interior. The "due process" I find ideal is to at least have a chance to verify their identity, place of origin, and criminal record. If our Constitution grants deportation immunity to hostile actors who intend to do harm to our country, then it's flawed and should be bypassed. You know, unless you want more MS13 gang members killing and raping women, which seems to be the case.
