Is trade even viable on this game or have they not fixed the dupes/glitches for gold etc yet?

Trade is only avaible vs marketplace/goldseller fee. so their will be a ingame gold fee on all transactions

Nope, I heard some streamers got in?
I've only played since s1 but my buddy told me it's normal for LE to have rough launches.

Keep in mind this is only season 2, other games/companies have had dozens of leagues/seasons.
And to be more fair, the game has only been 'released' for a year.
