do it, you probably have low test anyways, high majority of men over 25 do.
i cant recommend a healthy dose of Test enough.

I'm on TRT and have been, and its fantastic. I've also juiced heavily years ago, and i recommend the TRT route, get it prescribed and monitored.

Al my levels have been in PEAK efficiency, and i feel fantastic. my gains are good enough for what i want, and i eat better, sleep better, fuck better, lift better everything is better.



Gear and why you should/shouldn't use it:


Should:
- You've gained gym experience, discipline and know how to diet. You've also already built a reasonably jacked body and don't plan to quit working out...likely ever.
- You plan to compete in an untested sport (Powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding)
- You have a job that depends entirely on how you look (influencer, model, sugar baby)
- You're in your early 30s and want to stay high performance throughout your life(long term TRT at low doses)

Shouldn't:
- "My friends are doing it so I should too."
- You're uninformed about the compounds you're taking, how to cycle, WHAT to cycle, how to come off of it, etc.
- You've got a naturally combative/violent/aggressive nature. Gear enhances certain personality traits. If you're a baseline violent person, gear is gonna get you some jail time.
- You can't genetically handle side effects. Not everyone is built the same, some people respond terribly.
- You think you want to be a bodybuilder. I know this contradicts one of the pro points, but bodybuilding is 50% hard work and 50% genetics. Before considering BB as a career, do ONE natty show and really really focus on getting stupid shredded. Then have really good pictures taken, drop your ego and assess whether you have the right muscle bellies and insertions to even make it. If not, don't take gear. Just be a casual gym bro.
- You think it's gonna get you bitches. Trust me, the attention you're gonna get is from dudes.
- You're working out "just for fun".


No one can tell you if you as an individual should take gear because we don't know what you want in life or who you are. But my points above should help do some introspection. If you get on gear, treat it seriously. Get your blood work done every 6 months and don't fuck up your diet.

T is great. lots of side effects to consider tho. You won't really know how it affects you until you try it yourself tbh

TRT obviously has its benefits and drawbacks.

Personally I could never imagine using it in my 30's. Nor could I ever imagine using anything harder if I was not at a high level of competition in untested leagues or derived my income via fitness only (most of which I think people are total hacks claiming natty but clearly have an unnatural physique, man up and say what you are) I'm still piss and vinegar, active 7 days a week, up early, sleep fine. Even now I can still total decent weight despite not focusing much on powerlifting now and putting vastly more emphasis on conditioning using kettlebells, endurance and calisthenic movements as I move into my mid-30s.

If you're healthy and full of vigor I just don't understand hopping on a train that will likely require you to dose the rest of your life, especially if you don't have any regular access to a doctor or bloodwork.

In my case I live ultra remote and have zero access to any hospitals or blood-work and so there's other considerations like that as well that go totally overlooked even with TRT low doses.

I think most people don't live much of an highly active lifestyle or spend enough time outside. I feel better in my late 20's and 30s than I did in my early 20's because all I did was work back then and gym. Now I spend 70-90 nights year in a tent, hunt, fish every weekend, out most nights shooting ptarmigan or whatever, just being outside. Still have the office day job im typing from now. But I get a ton of outside time every week. Just being physically active every day and not just some gym time-block that most people do and then sit on a sofa.
