Does anyone here play POE2 on Steam and have issues?

I usually play on the actual POE2 Server (dowloaded game from their website) and have zero issues, however, my account is currently locked (for playing in different cities) and I'm not getting the email to unlock my account...

When I play on Steam, the loading time takes foerver....and I lagg so much. Does anyeone else have the same issue, or knows how to resolve it?

Easier to play with the official GGG launcher game, I have 0 issue

I would but I cant right now , I played form work and now i need code to be able to use it but its not sending it to my email....so I'm stuck with steam for now
