When there's an overabundance of homeless cats or dogs, we're known to spay & neuter as well as euthanize. As a former homeless I hope you wouldn't wish that on anyone.

I just thought of using a hydraulic ram pump. The hydraulic ram pump is a pump that requires no electricity but can generate a lot of free kenetic energy through the "water hammer" phenomena. This is done using a running water source and a metal one way valve that will at some point occlude the water supply, turning all the kinetic energy into pressure.


That pressure can be redirected towards a spiral mechanism that propells a group of magnets through a copper coil.

The "incurable" disease in question is "homelessness" the stray animal cannot solve this traditionally through western or European conventional means
The "pain" I think is more targeted at observer as a social idea, I don't think homeless lions and tigers are in pain but could understand someone's emotional impulse to conclude so using ignorance

But perhaps a better term could be used as a substitute euthanasia because by this current definition I would have to argue that this is not happening to an overpopulation of animals and I would argue this conversation to be a form of semantics
Perhaps this topic is best discussed in relation to consumerism or the current state of educational practices
