about to beat act 1 nightmare
barb is frenzy (malice + lvl 15 cleaver sword forget the name) got like 5 points into frenzy/dual swing 10 into sword mastery 5 natural rez etc.etc.etc...
thoughts on best way to walk?
im thinking i might respec, find/socket 4 sock polearm(s) and go insight for massive damage with WHIRLWIND.

since noone is commenting I will turn this into a Blog for future googlers to know how to walk singleplayer on a barbarian... this was my experience:edit: farmed norm mephisto again a few times got cleglaw's sword, 2 runs, cleglaws sword again! lets go baby!!!! also got 3 pieces of mildabregas LMAO and civerbs hammer with it. when i first started i was gonna go maces/mace-mastery but i was like yeah right theres no good maces in the game. dude civerbs comes with max damage on it, mildebrags (2 pieces only at that) gives 80 max damage or w/e? it puts me at like 350 damage LMAO. cleglaws swords is 25-200 kinda funny...anyways...
edit: keep getting maces and shlt LMAO and looking at runewords that are maces/hammers
edit: pulled athenas it rolled anti-perfect at nightmare mephisto. farming more andy (probably like 25 normal andy kills, and here ive done about 30-50 nightmare andy) got a spirit shroud +1 all skills cannot be frozen is nice and a Gnasher axe (i use on bosses before swapping)
edit: reset stats/skills 1st time dumped 14 points into whirlwind, 1 into everything else including frenzy and double swing, level 1 whirlwind does 70 damage less than level 14...big regret. dumping rest of points into BO now zzz. in like 14 levels it wont matter cuz i imagine after maxing BO i would max whirlwind anyways. it would be better if my weapons base damage was bigger. Wheres my oaths?! farming countess (nightmare countess: 20? normal: 50? total all game)

edit: immediately after (1-2 hours) beat diablo he dropped 38-102 DB with 200% ED, 50% to undead, 7% lifesteal undead%-ar bonus etc...ho...lee...fuck! goodnight! p.s. inbound King's Grace from an ancient sword lets see if i can replace this last cleglaws
edit: i said fuck it and made King's Grace from an ancient sword. its not bad. its "better" than cleglaws but honestly i think they're about the same DPS at the same time. rip. couldnt find a base till level 50 i had to do it fuck it. its working fine. found goblin toes from ThreshSocket or w/e that guy is outside crystallized passage. before that ran into a 4os crystal sword too so thats nice. did i mention i had a +3warcry helm with life? lol.. singer barb inbound once i get 2 spirits MAYBE. never did a singer barb so dont know what to expect shit i never did a WW barb but now i kind of have it figured out. i still think i should've went POLEARM from the start (even if it was slow (save resets/respec)) and once i can make insights just make em. i think the damage comes out to be 2x the DPS than any swords ive made or found and ive been somewhat lucky with yellow swords but again i never went WW barb.
edit: beat nightmare hell, WW is way stronger than frenzy (its like the same damage but WW hits huge groups at once lol. even good on bosses) before that in act 5 i found another Haemosu's Adamant armor although i keep spirit shroud on but hell i think that'll change we'll see currently farming mephisto nightmare before i attempt hell (he just dropped Ravenclaw bow kek) edit2: found a Lem from council outside of mephistos room hahaha. lets go!!! also outside of durance 3 door a chest dropped the ravenclaw AND a 10-100 damage lochabert axe thing it has 15% ed on it and eth. i gotta keep that right?
lol hopefully we roll 4soc once i get the gems to try. edit3: you cant roll superiors in a cube. great. :'( socket quest might give it 4 tho? worth it???? lollll....)

edit: did a couple runs last night, got IK gloves from a champ pack (demons) in A4 chaos sanctuary. 2-3 runs later went to bed. woke up and im heading there again and i got IK's belt. LETS. GO. diablo runs gogo...next run got Kuko bow...nice little wep for walking zon and i got her Ravenclaw bow. jesus man lmao. 2 runs later got IK boots AGAIN...there goes my helm. gg i quit
edit: 2 runs later got Gull dagger (100% MF) gg if i get 2 of these im set for hell trav just need a weapon to kill them and lay of hands lol..
edit: not only do i have a nearly perfect bonesnap which i got like way early into nightmare or w/e. but i just got that pierre tombz +3 barb polearm...85% deadly strike and its twice as much damage as my sword(s) before the mastery...i'd crit 4ks pretty regularly...wtf man i cant test it tho cuz if it sucks i cant respec back LOL rip got 2 ripper barbed clubs uniques... ffs man. 40% crush 40% deadly strike. and a second blackhorn within a few kills. edit: these 2 clubs are GG af lmao. should i use 2nd respec into maces? the deadly strike crushing blow and slightly bigger damage (bigger even without mace mastery) is allowing me to kill Baal now without struggle. insane. got Bloodletter 2nd kill from him too will this be GG? even though whirlwind sucks ass lmao. bloodletter doesnt change much tbh not that good at this point. maybe 2 would be okay? idk WW sucks. +8 into blade mastery sounds good too but its not. its like 2% crit. 50% ar and 40% damage which is literally like uhh 40 damage. lol.
edit: next day few kills into baal and mephisto. meph drops goldwraps. think imma smash out another 20 meph runs then just stick to diablo since he's been dropping loot alot lately in chaos. also chaos sanctuary drops elite bases ive seen! 2 soc spider bow...lol

my strategy for walking on a barb was to grind out for 4-5 days nightmare mephisto (basically) lmao. just make a sorc first! LOL!!
