Friends using T are trending. I am all natural. Am I missing out? Is using T like the kolbot of the gym? I can’t bring myself to do it, but man it feels like a constant uphill battle compared to my friends who enhance.

Yes the best way to build muscle is push weight to your limit and hold it when u do it bicep or when u doing ur chest try to drop it slowly and control then push it str8 and hard. Its not about the weight but its about the consistency and shock the muscle

Hope its help

Don't do it OP.

Unless you are planning to stand on stage in a man-thong and look like a chocolate body freakazoid.

I can see getting on gear given the following:
If you have a ton of money and knowledge on the subject
a great doctor/source to get the best/cleanest stuff
and most importantly: you have reached your "genetic potential" meaning you couldn't possibly get make any further advancement in strength and aesthetics (99.9% of us aren't gonna meet this requirement)

Don't do it not worth it the Ride is short lived once you stop the juice you will get smaller than ever and will have no motivation to keep on going. I been natty well over 15+ years and keep getting stronger takes time but it's worth it.

this is not accurate even a little.

@ op

do it, you probably have low test anyways, high majority of men over 25 do.
i cant recommend a healthy dose of Test enough.

I'm on TRT and have been, and its fantastic. I've also juiced heavily years ago, and i recommend the TRT route, get it prescribed and monitored.

Al my levels have been in PEAK efficiency, and i feel fantastic. my gains are good enough for what i want, and i eat better, sleep better, fuck better, lift better everything is better.

Ur using drug LAMO ofc u gonna get result. If u dont hold the weight u dont gainz anything. Its not about throwing the weight. Its about consistency and hold it and releash it slowly to stress your muscle. Ive trained for years naturally and its the best way to gainz muscle and shock the muscle. U dont build anything by throwing the weight. The muscle is not shocked and get used to it

shocking the muscle isn't a real thing first of all.
I've been natural for years as well, and juiced for years.

Some of what you're saying has merit, but you're explanation needs work.

Gear and why you should/shouldn't use it:

Should:
- You've gained gym experience, discipline and know how to diet. You've also already built a reasonably jacked body and don't plan to quit working out...likely ever.
- You plan to compete in an untested sport (Powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding)
- You have a job that depends entirely on how you look (influencer, model, sugar baby)
- You're in your early 30s and want to stay high performance throughout your life(long term TRT at low doses)

Shouldn't:
- "My friends are doing it so I should too."
- You're uninformed about the compounds you're taking, how to cycle, WHAT to cycle, how to come off of it, etc.
- You've got a naturally combative/violent/aggressive nature. Gear enhances certain personality traits. If you're a baseline violent person, gear is gonna get you some jail time.
- You can't genetically handle side effects. Not everyone is built the same, some people respond terribly.
- You think you want to be a bodybuilder. I know this contradicts one of the pro points, but bodybuilding is 50% hard work and 50% genetics. Before considering BB as a career, do ONE natty show and really really focus on getting stupid shredded. Then have really good pictures taken, drop your ego and assess whether you have the right muscle bellies and insertions to even make it. If not, don't take gear. Just be a casual gym bro.
- You think it's gonna get you bitches. Trust me, the attention you're gonna get is from dudes.
- You're working out "just for fun".

No one can tell you if you as an individual should take gear because we don't know what you want in life or who you are. But my points above should help do some introspection. If you get on gear, treat it seriously. Get your blood work done every 6 months and don't fuck up your diet.
