I got one with 17.5% CC for 80 ex and it out performed my 12d rare Seaglass.

paired with nightscale it feels nice

the critical 'fork' thing means that your crit multiplier gets applied twice.

you stack flat dmg on rings/gloves mostly and stack critchance/crit dmg on tree and everywhere. you get to something stupid like 600%+ crit dmg, wich is multiplied so its like 1200%+ dmg.

I changed from a rare spear evasion build to a tangletongue es/evasion build
now the only difference is that single target is much slower and killing bosses is impossible
I still get shot easily and I've spent quite some divs

Try the accuracy stacking with the call of the brotherhood ring.
Once your crit chance is 100+ to xxx, the rare spear will out perform the Tangletongue.

damage is good, actually I can see is better, but single target is worse

also I noticed that mobs and bosses don't get electro stunned anymore, not sure the right terminology here, when it happens they look like having an epilepsy attack
