Best for who? A5 merc is just a temu A2 merc.


Slap on x2 lawbringers to proc some decrepit if you are a melee.
Plague if you are an elemental casters
X2 grief for some damage

What does legacy mode have to do with a5 mercs?

Legacy a5 merc can only use 1 weapon

Best at what pure damage? Ask vague questions get vague anwers

So most likely lawbringer but he hasn't specified what he actually wants. So its hard to recommend anything useful.

Lawbringer is a legacy mode weapon. It's like trying to pull teeth here. Best in what category? For which purpose? Are you trying to get the best damage, dps, single hit, best survival, best support weapon, best looks?
