Trump and his regime were not allowed to deport Kilmar Abrego Garcia and he is either dead or not comming back by principle now. He was not convicted of any crime, so the US government is apparently just deporting innocent people to death camps three months in.

More background:

I see the "He broke no laws in the United States" larp is still alive, after the media retracted its claim that he was a US Citizen.
He was wanted in El Salvador, probably for murder, and now that El Salvador a sovereign country has him in custody and they are not going to release him.
Its like when those people you urge to speak out for, Israel broke the law to kidnap Eichmann from Argentina, and wouldn't hand him back because they wanted to have hang him.

In accordance with the law, yes. If the rule of law doesn't protect everybody, it protects nobody. Luckily I have the fitting poem:

First they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a socialist.

Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

It's a serious problem....

Our country has so many millions of illegals here it isn't even funny and the mass deportation is desperately needed.

In order for the 50 million (or whatever the exact number is) to be successfully deported there might be an innocent scooped up along the way. (Which is something that will get corrected).

You can't find yourself getting upset over the 1 innocent vs the multi million at stake.

Collateral damage might occur over something this drastic.

Also to be fair, if someone is within our country legally it should be very simple to show your paperwork proving so. Otherwise you're just being irresponsible.

You should find yourself supporting my point above rather than making a post over any possible innocent immigrant seeking your "gotcha" moment.

By the letter of the law, it was a monumental administrative error and indicative of a chaotic and disorderly government.

However, OP, have you considered that the law is terrible and needs to be changed?

Why do Western countries have to bend over for migrants who disregard our laws by breaking into our country? We never consented to it. We pay extortionate amounts to cover their for hotel costs, we pay for their food and water, and for the government workers who have to process the ever-increasing number of asylum claims.

The whole asylum and international human rights laws were created post-WW2 to help people fleeing actual wars, in a world without cheap, global travel. It hasn't been fit for purpose for decades.

Innocent people getting deported to their death is a problem, even if it is only one currently. One could argue that deporting non innocent people to their death might not be wise either but that is a different discussion I suppose.

Bolded: he did not get ruled on by a court, his last ruling was that he is protected. For all intents and purposes there was no right to deport him, same way there is no right to deport you. You might think you are safe bc of your skin color or your red hat or whatever you might believe in, the truth is if the courts do not protect you nothing does and you are the whim of dear leader Trump.

Also 50 million is apparently off by around 40 million, so good job on that

Can you confirm innocent immigrants are being killed instead of senselessly by the government rather than peacefully leaving by law?

Since it is apparently not clear: you can both think a law is wrong and still understand the need to uphold the rule of law. If laws are bad, there is a legislative branch - luckily also in the hands of MAGA - to change them.

If you really think it is a good idea that the president can ignore laws and judges rulings he doesn't like the only realy conclusion can be that you hate the current setup of the US and want to live in a dictatorship instead. Which apparently might come true for you, so congratulations?

Will there be consequences? Do you want there to be consequences? Saying "oopsie" after breaking the law is not how the rule of law works

next up, jewish man claim he cannot be sent to prison because of fear of persecution by skinhead neonazi gangs while there.

Yeah but Jewish is a protected trait and something you're born
I was thinking a child molester could be barred from deportation because in his home country he'd have access to too many children

The court actually argued that this guy was an MS13 member and was at risk of violence from rival Barrio 18 and found that as grounds to block his deportation. That's the kind of bureaucratic insanity that tells me you need to fire everyone involved and DOGE the whole system. Now was he actually an MS13 member? The same court that blocked his deportation in the first place is the one that recognized the validity of his identification as an MS13 member. Which of course is reason to doubt it.

And now that he's in El Salvador with the ball in President Bukakke's court, he's incredulous about the request for him to release someone we identified as a terrorist to him, even as we continue to identify him as a terrorist.
That's one thing about national sovereignty, we cannot export America's bureaucratic insanity to the rest of the world, Bukele was elected precisely because of his Territorial Control Plan and the promise to lock up gang members en masse and here a US court is trying to order him to release one;

Quote
"The question is preposterous. How can I smuggle a terrorist into the United States? I don't have the power to return him to the United States."

I mean this entire case reads like some orwellian nightmare. If the guy is an MS13 member, he should be deported. If a court says rival gang violence is a reason not to be deported, that court should be taken offline and the judge relieved and he should be deported. If he's not an MS13 member, then he's been in our country for 6 years despite being subject to deportation order that can't be enforced because he we don't send people to third countries, and he would still be subject to deportation as an illegal alien who crossed into our country illegally in 2011. Which would get him deported to El Salvador. Where he would have his chance to argue he's not an MS13 member to his countrymen, and probably get imprisoned as an MS13 member. His asylum request for facing gang violence was already rejected, would we have a court in the US give him a chance to argue asylum on the basis that if he's deported he'd face legal jeopardy for being falsely accused of being an MS13 member? Except than we'd be effectively sanctioning the entire El Salvadoran justice system and violating their sovereignty by rejecting their own legal process and determinations. We don't recognize them as a tyrannical state, as a terrorist regime or despots, we cooperate with them.

And if he is found guilty of actually being involved with ms-13 how will you respond?
