First you agree with someone for the trade. Value vs Fg . then you add each other on steam. You will have to wait 3 days.
after the 3 days, you can ask for a mediator. he will keep the agreed fg, and after the other person gives you the gift card or balance, he released the fg to him .
Use mediator for 100% safe transaction.
