Can I only play in the US? Does my account have to be created in the US? I don't understand this. Could you explain it better? I bought a game in the US, and can I play it in the US, the US, or Asia?

You can play in any region, but i think gifts only work for same-region currency.

So if you're EU, you may only be able to buy from someone selling from EU.
