A month or two ago i tried fasting for 3 days
Failed at around 48 hours iirc
Dont think ill do it again
Eating small portion meals often is the way to go i think

It only feels like starving until your body is restored to proper function

It's not normal to feel like you're starving after 16 hours, you'll feel hungry but you shouldn't feel like starving

np, the fatter you are (descriptive, non-derogatory) the longer it takes to break. Just have to stick it out during those 16h consistently for a few weeks
