I need to get serious again and chase all my goals on Hardcore Ladder Slasher. But I'm losing it guys.
My focus is never there anymore. I can't just relax and play. Everything seems overly complicated now.

No more distractions and losing all my Forum Gold on gambling. I just want to play and stay focused.
I've got a cat I'm taking care of (took him in as a stray) that is constantly meowing. I'm going crazy too.

Like right now I'm trying to focus and my cat I named Garfield is meowing, eating my wires, etc. It's tough.

I don't know what the future holds. A part of me wants to just die on my Hardcore character and be done with it. I won't quit though.

It's not a terrible bonus event. I was at 0.00 Forum Gold at the start of this event. Would be close to 150 right now but I fumbled a decent item in the marketplace because I was falling asleep and barely keeping my eyes open. Would gladly exchange a 10 to 15 ForuM Gold loss for my character not dying in that scenario. A couple minutes earlier, as I was yawning away ready to fall asleep, I was literally fighting three evil presences half awake and playing like a zombie.

Most importantly I had to overcome a lot. Some resiliency along the way. Even now I'm trying to play with one hand as my cat is meowing away and trying to bite my wires. LOL. It's not easy doing what i do. And I finally made it to Rank 22 Heal Proficiency and Rank 20 Club Proficiency. My next goal is Rank 21 for the Club Proficiency. The guy with the top Hardcore Club Rank is Rank 24 (close to 25) so needless to say I'll never get there until Christmas maybe. Depends how much I want to grind for it. Having the 1st Club Rank on Hardcore would mean way more to me than say 10,000 Forum Gold.

Also the guy with the #1 ranked Club Rank on the Hardcore Ladder is an absolute legend. I'd love to meet him if he becomes active again. He literally has a Level 55 Club stored on a mule that is worth 20,000 Forum Gold. That guy was so OP he literally put a GOAT item on a mule and rode off into the sunset knowing full well he was the greatest of all time.

By comparison, and I'm embarrassed admitting this, the Level 55 Club I use cost 1 Forum Gold. Definitely not a 20,000 best in slot Godly Club anyway.

I'm assuming he was a solo slasher just like me because I'm getting closer to him in overall kills. But I believe he played a Barbarian full time and only had to Club everything to death (which doing that makes it much easier), while I'm a Guardian and not only Club attack everything but I use a rotation attack with Healing being my bread and butter. If I were to just focus on Club attacks I could get there a lot quicker. I'm 1st for Heal Proficiency which means a lot to me. Because I know how much hard work I put into my Healing potential.

I'm debating whether or not to just make a Barbarian for some solo climbs along the way just to hoard Club Proficiency points but I want to do it all as a Guardian. It's funny when I first started to take Hardcore Ladder seriously about a year ago. I figured I'd die after a few weeks. I didn't think I'd be climbing to the top for two proficiency ranks. In some ways I've already accomplished all that I wanted to do.
