weather its true or not a christian believes what he believes and he takes precious time out of his life to spread the message to the 'lost. its done out of love. even though he be hated for it.
Its obvious he is proselytizing, just like 99% of the Christian zealotry. He is trying to convert people in his workplace and create an echo chamber.
You are not qualified to give any advice because you cannot be impartial or rational. Also I doubt you even work.
Just like jehovas witnesses or junk mail they will keep coming back. Best way is it set some boundaries and make it clear you don't want their spam.
