Pheonix gets the dmg more

Very little, you may end up with like 900-1k damage instead of 850 damage.
Meanwhile you have 40% chance to proc firestorm. Each firestorm cast has a delay where you cannot attack.
So while ur staying there with 3/3/3/7 kick frames, you have to wait like 25 frames after firestorm proc before you can kick again. So basicly your kick serie of 4 kicks takes 12 frames to perform and then you have to wait 4 frames before the next is innitiated. With phoenix you have to wait 29 frames before next kickserie starts.
So if ur pvm your CB should be between 93% and 100% and that means you will miss out on loads of CB hits.. It also means you will loose out on almost 2 full kickseries. So where u have a 50-200 less damage per kick, you now loose 2 full kickseries of like 800 damage + all the cb + venom proc and ow proc and elemental proc etc...
